SB3860 amends the Invest in Illinois Act to require additional notifications and objections for agreements.

SB3860 amends the Invest in Illinois Act by requiring that certain notices under the Act be sent to the Minority Leader of the Senate and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives. These leaders, or their designees, may also object to agreements under the Act. The bill specifies that agreements cannot take effect if there is an objection from the relevant leaders. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
