Illinois SB3775 amends the Transportation Network Providers Act by setting additional requirements for transportation network company drivers who provide services for students to or from school, school-related activities, or school-sanctioned activities. The bill mandates that drivers must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of three years of driving experience. It prohibits individuals listed in the Statewide Sex Offender Database or the Statewide Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Database from providing these services.
