Illinois SB3766 amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act to allow assisted living and supportive living establishments to provide an approved course of training for certified nursing assistants. The training must meet the requirements of the Nursing Home Care Act and rules adopted by the Department. The supervised clinical portion of the training can be completed either on site at an assisted living or supportive living establishment or at a licensed skilled nursing or intermediate care facility through an approved affiliation agreement.
