Illinois SB3739 amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. It changes the licensing term for community developmental services agencies from 3 years to 2 years. The Department of Human Services is authorized to conduct site visits and inspections of agencies, programs, and placements to ensure compliance with the Act, the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code, and applicable Department rules and regulations.
