Warehouse Pollution Reduction Act regulates air pollution from warehouses.

The Warehouse Pollution Reduction Act establishes a program to regulate air pollution from warehouses. It requires the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to propose and the Pollution Control Board to adopt rules for a qualifying warehouse review program. The Act mandates reporting, recordkeeping, and notice requirements for warehouse operators. It sets annual emissions-reduction targets and establishes a system of points for air-pollution mitigation measures. The Act also creates a qualifying warehouse registry and requires the Agency to develop an air-quality modeling program.
