Illinois SB3727 amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act and the Illinois Public Aid Code to adjust rates and reimbursements for community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The bill requires the Department of Human Services to reissue a cost and wage survey for community day services, effective July 1, 2026. It also mandates the removal of 5-hour per day billing maximums for community day services, contingent on federal approval.
