Allows gaming operations at Chicago airports under certain conditions and distributes revenue from these operations.

The bill amends the Illinois Gambling Act to permit gaming operations at Chicago airports under the Chicago Department of Aviation. These operations must be in secured areas beyond TSA checkpoints, available only to private club members aged 21 and older, and limited to slot machines and video gaming terminals. The combined number of gaming positions at the airports and permanent casino facilities cannot exceed the authorized limit. Revenue from these operations is subject to all applicable laws and rules.
