Establishes the Illinois Future of Energy Choice and Economic Impact Commission to analyze energy policy impacts.

The Illinois Future of Energy Choice and Economic Impact Commission is created to analyze the impact of current energy policies on the State's economy, consider the viability of existing energy policies, and identify opportunities and barriers to ensure an inclusive approach to energy policy. The Commission will report annually to the Governor and the General Assembly. The Commission will consist of members appointed by various state officials and representatives from different sectors of the energy industry. The Commission will be dissolved on December 31, 2030.
