Establishes the Local Government Fraud Prevention Task Force to advise on fraud prevention in local governments.

The Local Government Fraud Prevention Task Force Act creates a task force to advise the General Assembly on improving fraud prevention, detection, and investigation in local governments. The task force will dissolve after submitting its report by December 31, 2026, and the act will be repealed on January 1, 2028.
