Establishes the Illinois Regional Generation Reliability Task Force to monitor and ensure the reliability of the state's power grid.

The Illinois Regional Generation Reliability Task Force Act creates a task force to monitor the reliability of the state's power grid. The task force will consider consumer needs, power generation and transmission performance, and costs to consumers. It will compile research, develop tools to assess policy impacts, and identify data and reports. The task force will submit an annual report to the General Assembly starting October 1, 2026. The task force will be composed of representatives from various sectors, including power generation companies, labor organizations, and environmental groups.
