Authorizes the Director of Corrections to transfer the former Tamms Correctional Center to Alexander County for health-related public purposes.

The bill allows the Director of Corrections to convey the real property and buildings of the former Tamms Correctional Center to Alexander County. Alexander County can lease the property for public health purposes. If the property is no longer used for this purpose, title reverts to the State of Illinois. The Director must record a certified copy of the Act in Alexander County after the transfer.
