Establishes a Prescribed Burn Liability Claims Pilot Program in Illinois to cover losses from prescribed burns.

The bill amends the Illinois Prescribed Burning Act to establish a Prescribed Burn Liability Claims Pilot Program. This program will provide coverage for losses incurred by eligible persons due to prescribed burns conducted by certified managers. The Department of Natural Resources will oversee the program, including setting premiums and fees for enrollment. A Prescribed Burn Liability Claims Fund will be created to manage and pay eligible claims, funded by premiums, fees, and donations. The program will run for six years after the bill's effective date.
