SB3367 creates a system to suspend driver's licenses and vehicle registrations for individuals who fail to comply with the Firearm Owners.

SB3367, known as the Confidence in Firearm Protection Law, amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to establish a system for suspending driver's licenses and vehicle registrations for individuals who fail to comply with the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act related to orders of protection. The Secretary of State is authorized to suspend a driver's license or the ability to register or renew registration for a motor vehicle if the Illinois State Police report noncompliance.
