Repeals the Illinois TRUST Act and makes corresponding changes to related laws.

SB3349 repeals the Illinois TRUST Act, which previously restricted the release of personal information to immigration enforcement agencies. The bill also makes changes to the Illinois Identification Card Act, the School Code, the Public Higher Education Act, and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Schools are prohibited from excluding students based on immigration status and must provide resources on their websites to inform students and employees about their rights. The Secretary of State is restricted from releasing personal information to immigration agents unless required by law.
