SB3328 amends the Illinois Lottery Law to allow licensed lottery sales agents to enter into agreements with third-party entities to assist with processing the sale of lottery tickets. The licensed sales agent must provide a copy of the agreement to the Lottery Control Board within five business days of execution. The agreement must include specific provisions, such as prohibiting commingling of terminal usage, restricting ticket sales to individuals physically located in the state, prohibiting the sharing or sale of user data to unaffiliated entities, and requiring adherence to all rules.
