From the Legislature
Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Further amends the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013. Provides that a facility under the Act shall not accept any person experiencing a medical issue that requires immediate medical intervention or treatment. Effective immediately.
