Illinois SB3306 amends the Illinois Police Training Act to require the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board to conduct or approve an advanced training program for law enforcement officers to recognize and respond to anaphylaxis, including the administration of epinephrine auto-injectors. Local law enforcement agencies must authorize officers who complete this training to carry and administer epinephrine auto-injectors during official duties.
