SB3225 amends the State Comptroller Act to allow periodic transfers for State Fair activities and other purposes.

SB3225 amends the State Comptroller Act to allow the Comptroller to make periodic transfers with State Treasurer approval. These transfers include funds for State Fair activities, such as personnel, entertainment, and awards, and for universities to support entertainment. The bill also allows transfers for cash prizes for competitions at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex. The transfers must adhere to the imprest system and are subject to Comptroller rules. The Act takes effect July 1, 2026.
