Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to allow concealed carry on public transportation.

The bill amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to eliminate the prohibition on carrying a concealed firearm on public transportation. It also allows concealed carry in certain areas, such as public parks, playgrounds, and buildings under the control of public or private entities, provided they post signs prohibiting firearms. The bill takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
