Illinois SB3110 mandates air quality monitoring in all active classrooms and educational document distribution on indoor air quality.

Illinois SB3110 amends the School Code to require school districts to equip all active classrooms with air quality monitors, subject to funding from the State Board of Education. Additionally, the State Board, in consultation with the Department of Public Health, must develop an educational document on the values of good indoor air quality, to be supplied to school districts in Portable Document Format (PDF) after appropriation.
