Amends criminal procedure to allow pretrial release revocation for any felony or Class A misdemeanor.

Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 to allow the State to seek revocation of a defendant's pretrial release if charged with a felony or Class A misdemeanor during their release. The court may impose sanctions instead of revoking release. Victims must be notified of hearings. The court must remove previously set conditions of pretrial release unless they regulate contact with a victim or witness. The court may add or increase conditions of pretrial release at a hearing.
