Establishes the Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Program to fund equipment for higher ethanol and biodiesel blends.

The bill establishes the Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Program, administered by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. It creates the Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Fund, which will receive $3,000,000 quarterly from the Underground Storage Tank Fund from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The fund will provide grants to eligible recipients, including retail petroleum marketers and petroleum terminal operators, for equipment needed to store and dispense fuels with higher ethanol or biodiesel blends. Eligible expenditures include tank modifications, tanks, piping, and fuel dispensers.
