Establishes the Special Education Workload Task Force to develop guidance on workload limits for special educators.

The bill creates the Special Education Workload Task Force to develop guidance on the calculation of workload limits for special educators. The Task Force will include representatives from various statewide organizations and will be appointed by the State Superintendent of Education. The Task Force will submit its guidance to the State Board of Education and the General Assembly by June 30, 2027, after which it will be dissolved. The provisions of this bill will be repealed on June 30, 2028.
