SB2865 amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act to establish a reimbursement system for certain probation officer positions. The Division of Probation Services will reimburse counties 100% of the salary for all chief managing officers and probation officer and supervisor positions approved for reimbursement. Additionally, the Division will reimburse 100% of the salary for all secure detention personnel and non-secure group home personnel approved for reimbursement.
