SB2650 allows corporations to use a registered office as their principal office if certain conditions are met.

SB2650 amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act. It allows a corporation to use a registered office as its principal office if the registered agent maintains the names and addresses of the corporation's board members and officers at the registered office or another secure location, agrees to share this information with the Secretary of State upon demand, and makes a written agreement to comply with these requirements.
