Appropriates $38,275,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for various expenses.

The bill allocates funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for various expenses. This includes $29,301,900 for personal services, $2,219,900 for state contributions to Social Security, and $3,683,900 for contractual services.
