Illinois SB2499 amends the Illinois Gambling Act to add a provision prohibiting the Illinois Gaming Board from issuing licenses to Internet gaming entities if they knowingly accept revenue from jurisdictions on the Black List of Money Laundering Countries or from states designated by the United States as sponsors of terrorism. If the Board determines that a licensee is accepting such revenue, it must impose a penalty of license revocation. This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
