Illinois SB2481 amends the State Finance Act by removing provisions that repeal the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund. This fund, created in the State treasury, receives monies from publications, contract administration fees, and reimbursements. The fund's unexpended moneys cannot be transferred or allocated to other funds by the Comptroller or Treasurer, nor can the Governor authorize such transfers.
