Illinois SB2434 creates the Certified Family Health Aide Program for Children and Adults. The Act establishes certification requirements for a certified family health aide, who must be a legally responsible caregiver and 18 years or older, have a relationship with a specified family member, and be certified to perform or assist in performing the specified nursing services.
