SB2220 updates the Self-Service Storage Facility Act to require that notices to occupants about lien sales include website information for online bidding, if applicable. The notice must be delivered in person or by electronic mail to the occupant's last known address. If the owner does not receive a receipt of delivery for the notice sent by electronic mail, the notice is presumed delivered when it is sent to the occupant's last known mailing address.
