The lead entity must now demonstrate expertise in providing access to health and human services, support from community partners, and a track record of securing diversified funding sources. The bill also updates definitions related to 2-1-1 services and removes certain outdated definitions. Additionally, it repeals the Human Services 2-1-1 Collaboration Board Act effective July 1, 2025.
