Amends the Freedom of Information Act to modify fee structures for public records requests.

The bill amends the Freedom of Information Act to adjust the fee structures for public records requests. It specifies fees for electronic records based on data size and format, allowing public bodies to charge up to $20 for up to 2 megabytes, $40 for up to 4 megabytes, and $100 for more than 4 megabytes. For requests over 80 megabytes, fees range from $20 to $100. Public bodies can also charge for personnel time spent on searches and retrievals, up to $10 per hour, but not for non-commercial requests.
