Allows licensed physical therapists to perform initial evaluations via telehealth under certain conditions.

Amends the Illinois Physical Therapy Act to allow licensed physical therapists to perform initial evaluations via telehealth when deemed appropriate by the therapist's clinical judgment. Requires that the standard of care for telehealth be equal to in-person care. Permits therapists to require in-person visits if necessary and ensures patients can request in-person care at any point during treatment.
