Amends the State Parks Act to allow the Department of Natural Resources to enter into a land management agreement with the Prairie Band Potawatomi.

If Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly becomes law, this bill amends the State Parks Act to allow the Department of Natural Resources to enter into a land management agreement with the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation and other necessary parties. The agreement would cover managing, maintaining, or operating the real property conveyed to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. The agreement must include the purpose, appropriation, and the use of State resources for management, maintenance, and operation of the property.
