Illinois SB2001 amends the Illinois Integrity, Notification, and Fairness in Online Retail Marketplaces for Consumers Act. The marketplaces must also prevent sellers from using their platform if they suspect the sale of stolen goods. The marketplaces must disclose to consumers the identity of high-volume third-party sellers and provide a mechanism for reporting suspicious activity.
