Illinois SB1962 mandates public higher education institutions to report on transfer credits not granted to students.

Illinois SB1962 amends the Illinois Articulation Initiative Act to require public institutions of higher education to report annually to the Board of Higher Education on courses for which transfer students are not granted academic credit. The report must detail the course name, type, institution of origin, and reasons for non-credit. The Board must compile these reports and deliver them to the Governor and General Assembly by October 1 each year.
