SB1923 amends the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act to specify that an owner of land who invites any person without charge to use the owner's property for recreational or conservation purposes does not assume liability for injuries unless there is a willful and wanton failure to guard or warn against a dangerous condition, use, structure, or activity. This change applies to causes of action accruing on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
