Illinois SB1751 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to establish a minimum monthly benefit level of $75 for households participating in the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. If a household's benefit amount is less than $75, the state will supplement the difference to reach the $75 minimum. This provision takes effect on October 1, 2025.
