Illinois SB1737 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to require Medicaid managed care organizations to reimburse at no less than 100% of the Medical Assistance program's fee schedule for durable medical equipment, complex rehab technology, prosthetics, orthotics, or supplies. This reimbursement requirement also applies to subcontractors and third-party administrators of these organizations. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services has the authority to implement this requirement starting July 1, 2025, before completing any regulatory process.
