This bill authorizes the Director of Central Management Services to execute and deliver a quit claim deed for specified real property in Will County to the Forest Preserve District of Will County upon the payment of $1. The conveyance is subject to existing public utilities, roads, and any recorded reservations, easements, encumbrances, licenses, covenants, and restrictions. The Director must ensure that a certified copy of the Act and the quit claim deed are recorded in the appropriate county. The Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
