Establishes a Green Alert Awareness Program for veterans and service members believed to be at risk.

The bill amends the Illinois State Police Law to create a Green Alert Awareness Program for veterans, active service members, Illinois National Guard Members, and reservists believed to be at risk of being hurt or hurting themselves. It establishes a Green Alert Task Force to develop criteria and a toolkit for the program, which may include usage of Department of Transportation signs. The Illinois State Police will provide administrative support to the Task Force.
