Illinois SB1634 amends the Lobbyist Registration Act by imposing fines for violations and establishing a 5-year ban on lobbying for individuals convicted of felonies related to lobbying activities. All fines collected are deposited into the Lobbyist Registration Administration Fund, used by the Office of the Secretary of State for the implementation and administration of the Act.
