Amends the Open Meetings Act to allow members of licensing boards to count towards a quorum if they are present at multiple locations via video.

The bill amends the Open Meetings Act to allow members of licensing boards authorized by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to count towards a quorum if they are physically present at one location and participate in an open meeting held simultaneously at other locations via an interactive video conference. This applies to public bodies that are not statewide or large-area jurisdictions. Members not physically present may participate in closed meetings through video or audio conference.
