Establishes the "I Voted" Sticker Commission to develop guidelines and select designs for Illinois' 2026 General Election.

The bill creates the "I Voted" Sticker Commission to develop guidelines and select designs for the "I Voted" Sticker Contest, which will be used in the 2026 General Election. The Commission will establish a process for design submissions, create a public website, and engage in a public awareness campaign. It will select up to 50 submissions for a public vote, and then choose 10 designs for use in the election. The Commission will submit a report to the General Assembly by February 2, 2026.
