Illinois SB1564 amends the Illinois Lottery Law to require the Illinois Lottery to offer a special instant scratch-off game if a current scratch-off game is discontinued. The net revenue from this special game will be deposited into the Illinois Developmental Disabilities Services Scratch-Off Fund. This fund will provide grants for services by Independent Service Coordination agencies. The special game will operate for five years.
