Allows public school employees to serve on state boards without wage deduction for up to 10 days.

SB1413 amends the School Code to allow public school employees who are members of a statewide association and appointed to a state board, advisory council, committee, commission, or task force to represent the association in state work to spend up to 10 days during a school term on such state work without wage deduction. This provision applies to any public school employee who is a member of a statewide association and is appointed to a state board, advisory council, committee, commission, or task force to represent the association in state work.
