SB1393 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to adjust reimbursement rates for nursing services for medically fragile and technology dependent children. Effective January 1, 2024, rates will increase by 20% for nursing services. From January 1, 2025, rates will increase by 7% for private duty nursing services. Finally, from January 1, 2026, rates will increase by 3.5% for nursing services. These changes are subject to federal approval.
