SB1337 repeals the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act and makes changes to firearm serialization requirements.

SB1337 repeals the Firearm Dealer License Certification Act, which previously required firearm dealers to obtain a license. The bill also amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act to prohibit possessing, purchasing, transporting, or receiving an unserialized firearm or unfinished frame or receiver, with exceptions for federal firearms importers, manufacturers, or dealers. The bill mandates serialization of firearms and unfinished frames or receivers produced using a three-dimensional printer.
