Illinois SB0141 amends the Department of Transportation Law to require that any grant for airport renovation, construction, or development include a project labor agreement with the local building and construction trades council. The Airport Authorities Act is also amended to mandate project labor agreements for contracts involving airport construction, development, expansion, extension, or improvement. The State Mandates Act is updated to exempt this mandate from reimbursement requirements.
