Establishes the Waiver Process Task Force to examine and recommend improvements to the waiver process for Illinois schools.

The bill creates the Waiver Process Task Force to examine the current waiver response process and make recommendations on a more equitable and fair waiver process at the elementary and secondary school levels in Illinois. The Task Force will develop metrics to assess waiver requests, promote training and professional development, identify resources to support an equitable waiver process, and make recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly. The Task Force will dissolve after submitting its report by December 31, 2025.
